Mindful Kreative is thrilled to announce that Natalie Schlimmer has re-joined the team as Strategic Accounts Director!

Natalie returns to the agency after serving in multiple account management roles at Mindful Kreative since 2017. As Strategic Accounts Director, she serves as senior strategic counsel, responsible for leading tactical planning and driving brand management and execution.

Natalie’s impressive array of skills includes marketing strategy, public relations, brand management and building and maintaining client relationships.

Prior to re-joining Mindful Kreative, Natalie served on the Partner Solutions team of Wondros, supporting the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program. Additionally, she has worked in various account service roles at Moroch, a national advertising agency, supporting the McDonald’s account. Natalie holds a degree in advertising and public relations with minors in psychology and leadership from Marietta College.

“We are thrilled to bring Natalie back to Mindful Kreative in this new role,” said Melinda Kaiser, Mindful Kreative President. “As part of the senior management team, Natalie’s valuable experience and unique skillset will strengthen our ability to formulate clear and effective strategy for our clients.”

Natalie describes herself as resourceful, observant and sarcastic. We couldn’t agree more, but we’d add “reliable” to the list, too. As her personal motto — “We’ll figure it out” — reflects, she often looks on the bright side and works with the team to find the best solution for any challenge.

Natalie says the best part about being a member of the Mindful Kreative team is being surrounded by talented people who work hard. “They say hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” she says. “But when talent does work hard, WATCH OUT.”

When she’s not hard at work, Natalie likes thrift shopping, camping and binging true crime podcasts and documentaries. But, if she could appear on any TV show, she’d want to be a judge on The Voice because of her childhood love for theatre and music. She also loves spending weekend mornings on the porch, sipping coffee slowly with her husband, Andy, and rescued bulldog, Rousey.

Don’t send any plants as congratulatory gifts just yet. Natalie says if she could learn to do anything, she’d improve her green thumb. So instead, we’ll just send our warmest “welcome home” wishes! We’re thrilled to have you back, Natalie!
