Highmark Wholecare leans on Mindful Kreative’s vision and design to bring its seasonal magazine for Medicare members to life three times a year. We manage the creative process for each issue – from editing written content to maintain a consistent, conversational tone; laying out the content in a way that tells a story, visually; and being strategic about the way content is presented.
More than just a newsletter, this 60+ page lifestyle magazine contains seasonal articles to promote a healthy lifestyle year-round, information of how members can take advantage of important benefits, and pieces to enhance members’ day-to-day lives and routines. The way the magazine is presented is designed to help members feel more connected to their Medicare plan.
Media Relations Efforts
As a true partner who handles day-to-day media relations for the Arthritis Foundation, we do much more than respond to incoming requests. We serve as a resource to reporters – building relationships to help them get ahead of the stories we know they’ll be covering.
From dealing with issues around access to important arthritis medications like hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate, to sharing the patient perspective to give a voice to those living with an invisible disease, we find a way to be a go-to for media sources while representing the Foundation and its mission in a positive way. We tap into our expertise to know what makes a good story, who is best to tell it, when the time is right and why readers should care. Our proactive approach to media relations also involves media training and preparing interviewees for these important opportunities for storytelling to a broad audience.

Creating a Culture Through Company Values
Company culture is a top priority in our partnership with eFinancial | Fidelity Life. In what started as an initiative to introduce new company values to unite an employee base across three states, we’ve helped the company put their values into practice, sparking a company-wide commitment to creating a more inclusive workplace.
The “We’re All In” values campaign sought to highlight the company’s “all in” attitude toward making their values and employees a priority through peer recognition and fun prizes. The values became the foundation of almost all communication to employees, and with the re-energized social justice movement, the company leaned on their core values and extend the campaign into ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts that seek to educate and celebrate one another.

Inaugural Annual Conference Support
As the rising leader of the commercial space sector in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, the Keystone Space Collaborative tasked Mindful Kreative with its biggest mission yet— its 2022 Inaugural Annual Conference.
Leading up to the conference, and beyond, Mindful Kreative provided a variety of comprehensive services including digital advertising, strategic email marketing, social media management and media outreach. Through this partnership, the Keystone Space Collaborative gained an increase in overall brand awareness and attracted more conference attendees than their initial goal of 200.

Rebrand and Execution Campaign
When a local senior services organization with a 110-year history needed help rebranding, we were elated to help! With a portfolio of products, we had a challenge coming up with a name that reflected the organizations rich history and served as an umbrella for all of the services offered. We did a lot of research, interviewed residents, employees and community members, and came up with a solution that stayed true to the mission and vision of the organization.
Once a name was selected, we created a logo, tagline and brand. We helped create and carry out a plan for updating materials for the portfolio of products, as well as multiple properties. We created a launch plan and training document to ensure employees, residents and those looking for services were informed. In addition, we took on the media relations surrounding the launch and put together an advertising plan, including the creation of a TV and radio spot, print and digital ads, among other things. Now, we are proud to say, the organization has everything they need to carry out their new brand for many years to come.
