Mindful Kreative is excited to welcome Kaely Montgomery to our team as Communications Manager.
Kaely comes to Mindful Kreative with an impressive agency background, most recently coming to us from Level Agency where she managed client relationships and crafted impactful solutions tailored to each client. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

One of the words Kaely would use to describe herself is “leader” – and for good reason! She has experience managing cross-functional teams, and she sees projects through from start to finish.
Kaely’s ability to absorb feedback is one of her greatest strengths. Her positive outlook is evident in her personal motto, “Try to be like a duck – let negative comments or criticism roll off your back instead of letting them discourage you. Take the feedback as an opportunity to improve.”
Outside of work, Kaely is passionate about helping those who are unhoused or in need of food in our city. She volunteers with East End Cooperative Ministry, dedicating her time to support their initiatives.
From her work to her hobbies, Kaely is “Kreative” to her core. She enjoys crocheting, drawing and painting with watercolor and gouache. Kaely also spends time hiking, gardening and walking her dogs Bandit and Boomer. We’re still trying to figure out what Kaely can’t do!
Kaely is already proving to be a valuable member to our team, and we can’t wait to see how we continue to elevate our game with her communications expertise. Welcome to the team, Kaely!
