An award-winning communicator with a background in broadcast television and higher education, Margo comes to Mindful Kreative from the University of Pittsburgh where she was responsible for driving internal and external communications strategies, recently winning five 2020 Golden Quill Awards for video and written projects. Prior to that, she built a new strategy for distribution of undergraduate mass communications for the University of Maryland’s second-largest college and produced on-air topical promotions of newscasts for Washington D.C.’s CBS affiliate station.
Margo’s strategic thinking paired with her writing skills, journalistic curiosity and team-oriented mindset make her a great addition to the Mindful Kreative team.

Margo believes that if you love your work, you’ll never work a day in your life.
“Writing and storytelling have always been my passions,” said Margo. “Being able to spend my days doing what I love is a dream come true.”
Another dream of Margo’s is to visit Greece, which would join Italy, Spain, Ireland and Aruba on her list of favorite destinations.
When she’s not traveling the world with her husband, Justin, Margo loves entertaining and cooking for her friends and family here in her hometown of Pittsburgh. She’s also up for any challenge, as she has recently taken up tennis and would like to master a few more languages after minoring in Spanish in college.
