Mindful Kreative is thrilled to welcome Kaely Klonowski as our Communications Intern for the summer! Kaely recently wrapped up her junior year at Slippery Rock University where she is studying Integrated Marketing Communications.
Even as a student, Kaely already has some impressive experience under her belt. Before attending Slippery Rock where she currently serves as Public Relations Chair of the university’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) chapter, she attended Westminster College and led their PRSSA chapter as President of the organization. In these roles, Kaely has developed a versatile skillset including social media content creation and management, planning and implementing promotional campaigns, leading fundraising initiatives and collaborating with teams, university alumni and other campus organizations.
“I love the communications field because I am passionate about getting to know people and being vulnerable in my communication,” said Kaely. “I deeply value connection and authenticity, and this industry gives me the chance to be my creative self.”
In Kaely’s short time with MK team already, we’ve seen her creativity shine through her work, and we know she’ll be a huge asset for our team and our clients.
Though Kaely prides herself on being a hard worker, she certainly finds time for some fun, too. She loves dancing, going to concerts, reading, breaking a sweat in spin classes and exploring new coffee shops (which is probably necessary to give her energy for everything else!). She’s also an avid softball player. She played most of her life, including during her time at Westminster College, and even coached a team in her hometown.
Kaely describes herself as empathetic, humorous and driven. She says she’s like birthday cake ice cream— fun, colorful and unpredictable. We couldn’t agree more, and we happily welcome Kaely’s vibrant personality to our team!
