I am thrilled to share an important milestone for Mindful Kreative. As we continue to grow and innovate, I have promoted the following team members to join me on our Executive Team.
This transition marks an exciting step forward for the agency founded 24 years ago. Building upon our success, I am incredibly optimistic about the next phase of growth working alongside a team that is thoughtful and sophisticated in its approach. That is an incredibly powerful combination to drive change and what fuels my excitement to appoint this new leadership team.
Annie Lewis, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Annie leads day-to-day agency operations with a focus on strategic growth, business development, and team leadership. As COO, she ensures MK’s operations are efficient and always evolving to meet the agency’s needs.
Natalie Schlimmer, Vice President of Strategy
Natalie drives client strategy and execution across the agency, shaping big-picture vision while mentoring the Accounts team. As VP of Strategy, she ensures bold ideas are brought to life in ways that are effective and aligned with client goals.
Lindsay Johnson, Vice President of Creative Services
Lindsay leads and manages MK’s design services. As VP of Creative Services, she fosters a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where the team can deliver innovative, on-brand work that makes an impact.
